Hotel Stella Marina

I stayed in this hotel for more than a week, with my husband and my son. We had a great time, kind and knowledgeable staff, from the waiters to the room cleaners. The service offered by the owner, Mr Antonio, was fantastic, as he delighted us every evening with a typical Calabrian dish. TOP shuttle service, with the fantastic Francesco, friendly and available even after the scheduled time. Enchanting sea and beach.

Welcoming structure, with large outdoor spaces, full of greenery, ideal for relaxing. The owners and staff are very kind and hospitable. Free parking. Meals are prepared with genuine and abundant products. Although the structure is quite large and the presence is numerous, there is a familiar atmosphere. We stayed here in September, my wife and I and we felt at home. Last but not least: September 12th was my wife's birthday. In the morning on the table we found a beautiful bouquet of roses given by Mrs. Maria. Thanks for everything We will return for sure Domenico and Elvira

We stayed for 15 days in this hotel, we were greeted by the kindness of the owners and all the staff. Politeness, cordiality and availability are the basis of all the staff! The rooms with balcony on the first floor are very spacious, the bathroom large, comfortable, the shower with curtain, therefore a little uncomfortable if there are several showers in one day. We spent only one night in the ground floor rooms and the bathroom was not very comfortable, shower and bidet were together, covered by a curtain. We took advantage of the full board and every day there was the possibility of choosing a first course, second course and side dish of land or sea. Always a different menu, very well cooked. The sea, on the other hand, is a cross and a delight, not so much for the distance, but for the steep climb that needs to be done if you don't want to take the shuttle back to your room. It takes 10 minutes to go down, 15 to go up considering the speed of the climbs and the fact that there are no sidewalks for pedestrians. The shuttle is convenient, but has schedules. There are only two parking lots with a daily rate, and a few places with blue and white stripes (in August, everything is already full at 9 am). Finally, the hotel shares the beach with other hotels and the free part. There is no space between one umbrella and another, the shore is occupied by pedal boats and rafts that can be rented. There are no assigned places, so those who arrive late are not accommodated, except for those who take a cot for the entire stay and are "lucky" to always have the same place.

The Stella Marina hotel is located in a strategic position, 500 meters from the sea, reachable by a shuttle, led by the always helpful and kind Francesco. There are no words to describe the sea: enchanting. The services offered by the hotel are good, starting from the cleaning of the rooms; excellent organization in the restaurant (polite and professional waiters) family-style cuisine, varied, with excellent raw materials. Thanks to the owners who offered us typical Calabrian products every evening, to Marilena, Ilaria, Francesca, Calogero and all the staff for making us spend a wonderful week. Federica and Marco.

About 600 m from the sea, with a significant climb to go back to the hotel (although there is a shuttle always available at the established times... and even beyond). The only "flaw" could be that, but that's not the case in the end! This small problem is completely overshadowed by everything else, by the amazing sea, by the clean and very nice hotel... but above all by the management of the place, by the exquisite staff and by the wonderfully delicious food. In a week, there hasn't been a dish, including fish or meat, that has left us speechless! All fresh, well cooked and at km 0! Truly a place to be at peace, relax and feel pampered! Calabria and the Calabrians never disappoint and this corner of Paradise... is exceptional! Thanks to the ownership and all the staff of the Stella Marina hotel.
